What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct welcome calls and outreach to AmeriHealth members
- Research and reach out to hard-to-locate members
- Provide personalized member education and counseling on services, benefits, and providers
- Resolve member concerns within expected timeframes
- Maintain records, document call dispositions, and generate reports as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree preferred or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service in a healthcare setting
- Minimum of 1 year working knowledge of Managed Care, Medicare, or Medicaid
- Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- STARS or HEDIS knowledge preferred
- Experience in a healthcare office/clinic/hospital setting or human services
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
