      Join the team at The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort best known for its refined elegance, signature services, and abundant amenities. The Hotel Hershey is situated high atop the town of Hershey and has 276 guest rooms, including 10 Villas with 48 luxury sleeping rooms, as well as 25,000 square feet of meeting and function space. The 1930's hotel is a Historic Hotel of America and a AAA Four-Diamond Award winner.

      This position is responsible for responding to guest requests for services and information and coordinating special projects for The Hotel Hershey.

      Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

      • Greeting and directing guests and providing information concerning area events and attractions.*

      • Coordinating VIP arrivals, transportation requests, dining and spa reservations, and guest room amenities.*

      • Coordinating reservations, checking guests in and out, and processing card and cash payments.

      • Handling special projects as assigned.

      • Performing other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • Must have 2 years of guest service experience.

      • Must be 18 years of age or older.

      • Must have a valid driver's license.

      • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      • Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organization skills.

      • Ability to speak, read, and write English.

      • Keyboarding skills and PC familiarity.

      • Professional image representative of property image.

      Job Demands:

      • Work area requires the ability to adjust to seasonal temperature changes and noise.

      • Physical requirements include sitting or standing at length, and communicating clearly.

      • Schedule will vary according to operational needs but is primarily first and second shift. Hours may include 7AM-3:30PM and 10AM-6:30PM and 3PM-11:30PM.

      • Weekends and holidays required.
