      Position Summary:

      The Concur & Travel Analyst position will support the expense reporting processing, Concur
      administration, training, travel analysis functions and other project support as needed

      Essential Job Functions:

      • Concur site administration; primary administrator of other support systems including Oversight, Apex
        Connect; primary accounting contact for Motus; administration on Click Up
      • Concur user support including primary department helpdesk mailbox management
      • Develop and administer training on various platforms (SharePoint, Monster U, PowerPoint, Teams) to
        travelers, admins and processors
      • Corporate card monitoring including suspension monitoring, proposals, communications and collection
        activity
      • Develop intelligence reporting; deliver ad hoc requests
      • Other project support, including (but not limited to) intercompany agreements, sustainability data
        collection, Monster Energy Cares bookkeeping support
      • Other duties as assigned

      Position Requirements:

      • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
      • Between 1-3 years of experience with SAP and Concur is preferred.
      • General accounting knowledge, ability to multi-task and hit target deadlines
      • Preferred field of study being in Accounting or logic-based fields (such as math or data sciences)
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills and people skills as well as the ability to problem solve
      • Customer service experience preferred
      • Must be detail oriented, able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks.
      • Ability to communicate issues and questions to management in a timely manner.
      • Must be proactive and have a strong sense of urgency
      • Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and prioritize and follow up accordingly
      • Must be a team player and able to work with other individuals outside the department including a willingness to perform other departmental or cross-departmental duties as required including a “Roll up the sleeves” ability, attitude and approach.
      • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

      Base Pay Range: $52,410K - $69,880K
