What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point of contact for providers, assisting in navigating through the continuum of care
- Evaluate members in various healthcare settings for benefit determination and appropriate level of care
- Collaborate with medical directors, managers, and other departments to ensure quality care for members
- Coordinate and monitor case management activities focusing on acute and non-acute services
- Occasional travel within the State of Florida may be required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
- Recent clinical experience in hospital, LTAC, Rehab, SNF setting
- Current RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure Florida
- Experience in home health care, rehab, SNF, utilization review, discharge planning, or case management
- Experience in the Healthcare industry and Managed Care

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with InterQual
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
