What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the JR Underwriting Team with outbound and inbound phone calls related to Homeowner’s Insurance, Title, and Utility Bills
- Follow up with borrowers on missing documents required for final approval
- Upload necessary documents to VA IRRRL and FHA Streamline files as they are received
- Order Secure Insight reports and verify title company wiring instructions
- Collaborate with the JR Underwriter on tasks to ensure timely loan file closures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the mortgage industry
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office products and experience with mortgage origination systems, with Encompass experience preferred
