What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the JR Underwriting Team with daily tasks, including phone calls for follow-ups on Homeowner’s Insurance, Title, and Utility Bills
- Follow up on missing documents required for final loan approval from borrowers
- Upload and manage documents for VA IRRRL and FHA Streamline files
- Order Secure Insight reports and verify title company’s wiring instructions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the JR Underwriter to facilitate loan closing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the mortgage industry
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products and experience with mortgage origination systems; Encompass experience preferred
