      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full lifecycle of internal and external conferences and events, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed
      - Oversee event sponsorships, including coordination with sponsorship organizers and promoting the employer's brand
      - Serve as the primary liaison between the employer's Marketing Team, Growth Services Division, and external stakeholders
      - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop event-specific campaigns that enhance brand engagement
      - Maintain organized communication and documentation for all event-related information and resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field
      - Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in conference and event planning with a proven track record
      - Must be a US citizen able to pass a standard background check
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in working with federal, state, or tribal government agencies
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
      - Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
