What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively deliver programs and events by sourcing, training, and managing field staff
- Ensure field staff requirements are met according to client briefs, including selection and budget compliance
- Participate in and manage staff training programs as needed
- Process staffing registration, payroll onboarding, and project payroll for live projects
- Address any logistical support required for successful campaign delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with experience in interacting with people
- Excellent listening and communication skills, along with strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in an experiential agency or promotional staffing agency
- Strong people management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with basic online platforms and tech-savviness
- Previous experience in event coordination or project management
