      Manchester, NH

      For hybrid roles, employees must be able to commute to Manchester, NH on a regular basis.

      The opportunity

      Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is looking for a Conferral Coordinator to join the Student Records and Conferral team for the Office of The University Registrar. This position is located on site at our Manchester, NH campus. You will contribute to the efficient operation of our Student Records and Conferral team and report to the Senior Assistant Registrar. You will review reports and other tools used as quality checks for data integrity. You will ensure best practices, which includes application of available tools. The Conferral Coordinator will participate in the implementation and maintenance of procedures. You will communicate procedures to multiple University members. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM EST with flexibility to meet business demands. This is a year-round position. #LI-Onsite

      What you'll do:

      • The Coordinator I will be responsible for a specific population of students at a single academic level:

        • Conduct 1st audits on academic records for students who are close to program completion

        • Record and update the students' remaining program requirements

        • Provide data entry support to the team by processing updates from reports

        • Process diploma name and address changes and other simple portal requests

        • Adjust program evaluations to account for credit deficits and residency issues

        • Provide student service while serving on the "front lines" of the main Registrar telephone line as a periodic "Go to Person" (G2P)

        • Other responsibilities as assigned

      What we're looking for:

      • Associate degree from an accredited college or university and the equivalence of relevant work experience

      • Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable

      • Experience working in an independent role

      • Ability to work individually and coordinate activities with other areas

      • Computer and technical skills, and familiarity with Student Information Systems

      • Demonstrated experience managing academic records and evaluation
