What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain critical information on claims databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze and interpret data to determine necessary configuration changes for claims processing
- Handle coding, updating, and maintaining benefit plans, provider contracts, and fee schedules
- Research and resolve claim and encounter issues while updating systems as necessary
- Prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and accommodate fluctuating volumes of tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in claims processing and benefits configuration
- Strong experience with benefits and contracts configuration in QNXT
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience in Networx is required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a related role
