      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze information in new matter requests for compliance with firm policies and professional responsibility rules
      - Review conflict of interest reports for lateral hires and new firm matters, identifying potential conflicts
      - Assist conflicts attorneys with resolution strategies and communicate with impacted attorneys
      - Review engagement letters and new matter scope communications for compliance with firm standards
      - Participate in testing and development activities related to the Conflicts Department's electronic tools and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - Minimum of four (4) years of directly related conflicts law firm experience or practice support/legal assistant experience
      - Basic knowledge of conflicts of interest issues
      - High level of proficiency with technical systems related to law firm new business intake
      - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

      - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and staff
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment
      - High level of knowledge of internet research
      - Advanced skills in operating standard office equipment
