What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze conflicts requests, ensuring accurate and clear information is obtained
- Compile and analyze conflicts reports using internal and external resources
- Prepare Conflicts Summaries for legal staff outlining potential conflicts of interest
- Assist with new business intake processes and client due diligence reports
- Maintain records for tracking conflicts review projects and ensure timely completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor degree
- Bar admission in good standing in any U.S. State or the District of Columbia
- Knowledge of rules of professional responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with database research and corporate research resources (e.g., CapitalIQ, Bureau van Dijk)
- Familiarity with the Intapp Open conflicts search application
- Proficiency in Boolean searching and enterprise conflicts search applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
