What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, and account information
- Research customer inquiries and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
- Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services to facilitate efficient self-service
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Troubleshoot simple usability issues and refer complex issues to appropriate service partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, including passing bilingual assessments
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- P&C Producer license strongly preferred but not required; candidates must pass the state exam within 12 months
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with company or product policies and systems
