What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain construction cash flow spreadsheets, tracking budgets and disbursements
- Manage loan closing processes and coordinate with loan officers and legal counsel
- Review construction requisitions and manage ongoing construction disbursements
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal loan policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-5 years of experience in loan closing, construction loan management, or related fields
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Experience with databases and CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce and/or TEA preferred
- Strong quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) programs
- Experience with community development real estate developers and nonprofit organizations
