Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking construction laborers to join our team in building commercial pools and waterparks. The ideal candidates will have experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This role involves various tasks related to the construction and installation of pools, water features, and related structures. Work is performed all over North Dakota. Full-days Monday-Thursday with a partial day on Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks related to the construction and installation of commercial pools and waterparks.
• Work with concrete, plumbing, and tiling.
• Set rebar and tie it securely.
• Assist in wall construction and finishing.

Essential Skills

• 6 months - 1 year of previous construction experience.
• Knowledge of concrete, plumbing, and tiling.
• Experience with rebar tying and wall finishing.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Work Environment

You will be working outside in crews of 3-10 depending on the size of the project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
