      Graywolf Integrated Construction is seeking a Construction Manager to manage multiple projects.

      Position Overview: The Construction Manager is the head of the field management team, overseeing all facets of the project, but primarily responsible for the project’s physical construction.

      Essential Duties:

      • Provides strong and effective project leadership
      • Coordinate with sales, estimating, and the customer to gather all necessary details and develop the job execution plan. Build project schedule, including manpower for Graywolf self performed tasks. Purchase materials and coordinate deliveries to suite the job schedule.
      • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with our quality manual, industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
      • Demonstrates Innovation, initiative, maturity, and sound judgment
      • Oversees all daily field activities, ensuring construction adheres to technical specifications and follows applicable safety regulations
      • Abides by the policies and procedures found in the Company Personnel Policy Manuals
      • Establishes, communicates, implements, and maintains a current Project Execution Plan (PEP)
      • Executes the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project, including preparing and complying with project-specific Activity Plans
      • Serves as primary field representative to identify and communicate changes in work, job conditions or any deviation in the direction of the project.
      • Coordinates with Project Manager, Design Engineer(s), and sub-contractors to identify risks and identify cost effective solutions in a timely manner
      • Provides an environment for the development and professional advancement of project personnel, including providing on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities
      • Miscellaneous duties as directed

      Qualifications:

      • 8 years in Superintendent role(s), including General or Area Superintendent.
      • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other technical field is highly preferred, however extensive experience ( 10 years +) may be substituted for education requirement provided candidate can demonstrate proven field project experience
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Proficient in project management software and tools
      • Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office O365 applications
      • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
      • Travel is required
      • Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.

      Physical/Site Requirements:

      • Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.
      • Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with age.
      • Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions.
      • Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
