      Hill International is seeking a Contruction Manager in Seattle, Washington

      Qualifications

      • Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience
      • Four year college degree is required, or commensurate experience
      • Experience in similar projects is required
      • Strong communication skills
      • The hourly range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.

      Responsibilities

      • This Construction Manager is responsible for the managerial oversight, administration, and coordination of components of final construction through activation of a marine passenger vessel on a timely and economical basis
      • Coordination of contractors and public agency staff to prepare the project for public use in a highly time sensitive environment
      • Coordinate with onsite owner's representative and owner
      • Resolve field issues in cooperation with owner’s operations and maintenance staff
      • Coordinate and support documentation, systems, and operational staff training and scheduling.
      • Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings
      • Assist in CPM schedule updates
      • Support office staff with answering of correspondence and change order review risk management
      • Communications plan
      • Integrated schedule development and management
      • Baseline management and change control
      • Coordination and integration of field activities including safety documentation, vendor information, and manuals.
      • Commissioning, including public relations support and coordination with oversight agencies.
