What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex program schedules for project construction and contractor milestones
- Track contracts, submittals, change orders, and overall construction costs
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and site personnel to ensure project success
- Evaluate project efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of directly related experience OR an Associate’s degree and 7+ years of directly related experience OR a High school diploma and 9+ years of directly related experience
- Proven experience in pipeline construction, project management, or related fields
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Knowledge of engineering principles for civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred PMP license
- Experience leading presentations for management review
- Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with managing project financials from inception through completion
- Strong team-building and customer relations skills
