What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with planning, monitoring, and managing all aspects of multiple construction projects
- Verify and track contractor and project completion according to project plans
- Support the Senior Project Manager(s) with quality assurance and control
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Monitor project schedules and track material deliveries and installations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with construction experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in construction, development, or engineering
- Strong understanding of project management and construction processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time for projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Experience with large-scale developments and construction plans
- Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills
- Strong time management abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
