What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the construction process from permitting to project closeout, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines
- Serve as the primary liaison between the employer, governmental agencies, and contractors
- Develop and manage project schedules, identifying risks and challenges to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve project drawings and specifications, implementing new design initiatives
- Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Supervision
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction techniques, and risk management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be located in the Greater Cincinnati, OH region
