What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the bid process for general contractors, including the assembly of bid documents and analysis of bids
- Supervise general contractors and vendors on new store projects while managing schedule updates
- Support design and permitting teams with building permit approvals and construction document content
- Ensure compliance with building codes and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Manage the turnover process for new and remodeled stores from Construction to Operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management with at least 2 years in retail, restaurant, or hotel design/construction
- Working knowledge of construction administration processes, including CPM scheduling and cost reporting
- Experience in commercial construction as an Owner's representative
- B.S./B.A. in Architecture/Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively within a complex corporate environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional registrations such as license to practice Architecture, CPM, PMP, PE, etc.
- Ability to direct and motivate outside design professionals and consultants
- Skills in recognizing opportunities to minimize project costs and improve facility quality
