What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage design and construction projects from inception to go-live
- Act as a liaison between the Project Owner, internal stakeholders, and external contractors to ensure project success
- Collaborate with various internal departments to establish and monitor project budgets and schedules
- Lead multiple projects ranging from single department initiatives to integrated systems
- Support the Project Owner in achieving project goals as outlined in the Project Charter
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in healthcare
- Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to creatively problem-solve and manage multiple projects
- Experience working in a team environment with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
