What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, plan, organize, direct, and control the execution of assigned solar construction projects
- Maintain, implement, and monitor a system of quality control for all projects assigned
- Take a proactive approach to safety management on job sites
- Provide construction resources to engineering teams during detail engineering stages
- Participate in design and estimate reviews to ensure project feasibility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent technical degree/experience
- 5+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years as an EPC project manager, site construction manager, general superintendent, or craft superintendent on utilities/solar construction projects
- Unquestioned business and personal integrity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with gas and electric utilities or telecommunication service providers
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
- Familiarity with project scheduling software and quality control systems
