What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development of construction plans for new builds and adaptive reuse projects, ensuring operational and production design is optimal
- Review plans and specifications for suitability, operational flow, site logistics, event safety, and compliance with building codes
- Manage relationships between all applicable parties to ensure successful project completion and clear communication
- Attend and conduct construction meetings to discuss change orders, schedules, budgets, and project updates
- Lead coordination with FF&E vendors to finalize contracts and ensure all project infrastructure needs are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) with an advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 4-6+ years of experience in Construction Management within the Hospitality or Live Entertainment industry
- Proven ability to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing projects from concept through completion, preferably in concert venues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; must be skilled in reading construction plans and specifications
