What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective
- Document activities regarding required EHS performance and maintain safety-related documentation
- Train on-site client staff and subcontractors on EHS oversight program requirements
- Conduct daily site inspections and issue daily site observation reports
- Ensure compliance with the Client’s safety procedures and project-specific safety plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety, or a related degree preferred
- 8+ years of full-time on-site experience in construction-specific project health & safety leadership
- Certification in the field; CHST, ASP/CSP, CIH, PE, or similar registration highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and construction standards
- Completed training and certifications for HAZWOPER, OSHA 30-hour construction, and fall protection/prevention training

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail and QA/QC
- Ability to organize and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
