What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support project planning, construction, and close-out activities in accordance with project specifications
- Maintain project files and assist in the entry of estimates and production reviews in various software systems
- Prepare and generate routine reports and assist with proposal preparation
- Monitor project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality control
- Coordinate with vendors and track permit statuses as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of related experience in construction or project management
- High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Authorization to work in the US without restriction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project coordination or management within the specialty contracting industry
- Knowledge of advanced functions in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
