What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overall lead support, direction, and management for assigned construction projects
- Utilize construction management systems and methodologies
- Ensure timeliness, completeness, quality, and cost of projects from concept through completion
- Manage and ensure fulfillment of responsibilities by Architects, Contractors, Subcontractors, Construction Managers, and administrative staff
- Administer projects in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years of experience in federal construction project management
- OSHA Safety training (30 hours)
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of contract, federal, and municipal law
- Competency in MS Office and Prolog Project Management
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain appropriate security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CCM certification or equivalent
- Experience in commercial construction projects
