      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
      - Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
      - Assist customers throughout the buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery
      - Ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
      - Mentor peers as your expertise grows and contribute to achieving sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
      - High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with new technologies and strong computer skills
      - Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Willingness to shift schedules biannually based on business needs
      - Proximity to the Customer Experience Center (within 60 miles or 1 hour)
