What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discovery workshops with customers to align with best practices and develop tailored solutions
- Articulate complex client and solution concepts to diverse audiences, providing application expertise
- Develop expertise in the employer's Vault platform and leverage it for customer success
- Plan, manage, and execute application build, testing, and deployment activities
- Create project deliverables and establish standards, including ongoing support post-go-live

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of consulting or equivalent experience
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or CRM
- Proven ability to engage with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
- Strong presentation and solution design skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for implementation roles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with life sciences customers, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical/diagnostic devices
