      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and revise existing curriculum materials to enhance the Fellowship's educational framework
      - Develop standardized session materials and facilitation guidance for new facilitators
      - Conduct a comprehensive analysis of feedback and recommendations for curriculum adaptations
      - Collaborate with key advisors to ensure alignment with GAYA's goals and timeline
      - Present findings and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in education, international development, gender studies, or a related field preferred
      - At least 7 years of work experience in adult learning methods and curriculum development
      - Proven experience in developing learning processes, tools, and facilitation guidance
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in programs focused on gender equality and social inclusion and/or youth
      - Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience adapting gender and youth tools from development to humanitarian contexts
      - Familiarity with inclusive adult learning best practices
