The Consultant, Digital Health Strategy and Platforms is a Swiss-army type persona who plays an integral role in developing and executing the digital strategy and product roadmap for the Clinical Technology Team.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Wearing many hats and having your hands in multiple projects as a defining force that the team can count on whether it be leading our awareness and internal promotion efforts or supporting a clinical study team that is leveraging the clinical technology platform (ClinTech).
• Maintaining update-to-date intelligence on the latest digital innovations in the market, competitor positioning and potential partners through primary and secondary research efforts.
• Acting as a digital thought leader internally and externally to drive visibility and reputation of a digital innovation leader.
• Supporting initiatives to evaluate, refine, and advance innovative ideas with strong potential and/or capability to scale across the organization, developing business cases and strategic plans accordingly.
• Building and managing cross functional relationships across Client to support the advancement of key strategic initiatives and digital health solutions in general.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for clinical development related projects.
• Overseeing ClinTech platform roadmap to ensure timely execution and rollout.
• Contributing to the design and execution of DHT and eCOA validation studies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
• Has a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data science, health science, or other science related field.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience across digital health, clinical development, or other aspects of biopharmaceutical R&D in a hands-on role.
• Has a strong working knowledge of biopharmaceutical clinical development process and related industry regulations.
• Is capable of seeing the big picture, while obsessing over the smallest of details to drive the ultimate user experience and clinical outcomes.
• Is resourceful, innovative, and passionate about building and nurturing digital health solutions.
• Has a thirst for knowledge and a passion for healthcare, innovation and creativity.
• Has advanced presentation and writing skills.
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle a lot of priorities and initiatives.
• Knows their way around SaaS products, how to define them, build them, launch them and get people to use them.About the company
