What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging professional learning sessions for educators, both in-person and virtually
- Provide coaching and support to enhance teachers' effectiveness in math instruction
- Facilitate meetings with school and district leaders to review data and strategize for success
- Model effective teaching strategies and classroom lessons in a variety of settings
- Collaborate with the Director of Professional Learning to plan and execute training events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching math in a K-12 setting
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience delivering professional learning to educators
- Strong facilitation skills for adult learners in coaching and planning situations
- Must reside in Fairfax County, VA, or Ohio and be willing to travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ST Math
- Familiarity with virtual training tools and technologies
