What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging professional learning sessions for educators, both in-person and virtually
- Provide coaching and support to help teachers develop effective math instruction skills
- Model effective teaching strategies and classroom lessons for educators
- Facilitate meetings with school and district leaders to analyze data and plan for success
- Meet districts where they are to elevate the conversation around math education

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching math in a K-12 setting
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong ability to facilitate adult learning in coaching and planning situations
- Experience delivering professional learning to educators, both in person and online
- Located in Western Massachusetts and able to travel throughout the state

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ST Math
- Proven track record of engaging adult learners effectively
