The AT Consultant operates as part of a team, in a collaborative manner with the broader Accelerator Team, and with key stakeholders at Workday.
Success for this role is not determined by how well we believe we did, but by the impact we make and how key stakeholders view us.
The AT Consultant instills a focused and execution mindset when supporting projects, specifically how it relates to allocate resources, timelines, project management, working with constituents, and consulting methodology.
The AT Consultant will support and advise on strategy, problem solving, and execution of solutions that are core to P&P’s priority focus areas.
Accelerator Team projects are P&P (HR) focused with an expected duration of six to nine months. Selection will vary based on the needs of the business.
The AT Consultant will craft and delivery quality solutions in human resources areas
They will conduct external research and assess current state documentation to prepare recommendations for improvements
They will design and develop future state processes and procedures to support project and business goals
2-3 years of experience in management consulting or an HR advisory role
The ability to drive action to mitigate risk, resolve issues, and solve problems
Willingness to prioritize Workday and Team above themselves when driving projects
Experience drafting slide share and communications materials, preferably with G-Suite
Experience supporting large-scale transformations, including design and execution of transformation strategy and implementation
A bias for action, results are created by this team, and we lean-in where Workday needs us
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
An ability to handle adversity and navigate ambiguous environments
A desire to learn, grow, and operate as a generalist–we’re not looking to replace the World-class talent in our P&P Centers of Excellence (E.g. Compensation, Talent Experience, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

About the Team
Our People and Purpose(HR) Accelerator Team is a project-based team passionate about delivering solutions and insights to business leaders that will help innovate, drive functional performance, accelerate decision making, and increase the speed of execution. The Accelerator Team (AT), is an agile talent model within Workday’s People & Purpose team–we operate globally and without a functional alignment. In partnership with other People & Purpose functions, we will work on global, cross-functional projects that are central to P&P’s strategy. In short, we’re an internal consulting team supporting P&P’s biggest priorities and initiatives. The Accelerator Team is looking for individuals that are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, project environment that have a bias for action. We need team members who are collaborative, able to move with speed, and balance both strategic thinking and execution (we don’t create value with ideas we can’t deliver). Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $108,700 USD - $163,100 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $84,600 USD - $163,100 USD
