Business Case Development : Undertake comprehensive analysis of potential infrastructure investment opportunities, assessing their viability via business case frameworks, investment logic mapping and feasibility studies.
Economic & Financial Modelling: Develop cost-benefit analysis and financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, considering factors such as economic benefit quantification and monetisation, cash flow s , return on investment, and project timelines.
Business Development: Work closely with our senior team to develop proposals, respond to tenders and manage the work winning process.
Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for clients and their portfolios.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and assets, and provid e guidance and updates as the markets in which our clients operate evolve.
Collaborat ion: Work with our internal teams, to bring together our design, engineering and advisory capabilities in the delivery of seamless client experiences.
Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional networks, share knowledge, and stay informed about infrastructure investment trends.
A Bachelor's degree in business , finance, economics, law, engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3 + years of experience in areas similar to the work of our infrastructure investment advisory capabilities, primarily business case development.
K nowledge of , and experience working in, key infrastructure sectors such as transport, energy, water, and social infrastructure , along with an understanding of regulatory frameworks. Experience in energy or resources sectors will be valued.
Experience in economic and financial modelling, and standard financial analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound strategic and commercial recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build, foster and evolve trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with WA and national infrastructure market dynamics , guidelines, methodologies and processes.
Knowledge of all phases of a project's life cycle and particularly initiation, appraisal and business case stages .
Structured and strategic problem solving approach backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills .

Our Perth Infrastructure Advisory business is currently seeking team members to join in key roles to continue our rapid growth and expansion. You’ll be part of a close-knit team who are early on in the growth journey , there by providing huge career growth opportunities - through direct exposure to clients and working intimately with our senior leaders. You’ll also work with in a national ly integrated team of highly skilled specialists .
In this role you will play an integral part in the delivery of business cases , economic and financial analysis, provision of high-quality strategic advice, as well as contribute to the growth of the business and winning work efforts.
You will be part of a diverse team who are experienced and passionate about providing ‘advice that matters’ across the infrastructure asset lifecycle, advising on strategies and investment decisions that drive value and proactively respond to disruptive change.
