What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver workshops and presentations to various group sizes, adapting content to client needs
- Conduct one-on-one or small group field coaching with clients to drive safety performance
- Manage client-related projects, transitioning from smaller to larger and more complex initiatives
- Establish effective safety governance aligned with client organizational structures
- Track progress towards client objectives and communicate updates to leadership teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change, operations with safety responsibility, or industrial consulting
- Certifications such as CSP or equivalent; LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred
- Demonstrated ability to navigate client ambiguity and develop strategic plans for safety excellence
- Ability to manage a matrixed team and provide coaching to develop others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with senior leadership in safety or operational roles
- Knowledge of Safety Management System best practices and effective change management
- Fluency in leading and lagging metrics relevant to safety performance
- Proven track record of expanding client relationships and maintaining long-term engagements
