What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality pharmacy consulting services to clients under the direction of the Account Executive and/or Senior Consultant
- Complete financial analysis and cost projections for Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) procurement projects and negotiations
- Manage client projects and respond to requests while preparing reports on pharmacy benefit plan performance
- Review PBM contracts and assist with the implementation of new vendors and services
- Attend client meetings and draft communications for review by senior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy consulting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Knowledge of PBM contracts and pricing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly determine critical issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial analysis and data manipulation projects
- Familiarity with competitive bidding (RFP process) and plan design considerations
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or project management
