What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with procurement sourcing managers and business leaders to establish strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Prepare data-driven supplier profiles and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure business needs are met
- Identify and address supplier pain points and challenges through effective communication and analysis
- Enhance supplier management processes and develop a standard playbook for best practices
- Document supplier capabilities and execute strategic supplier management solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence management at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 and data visualization tools, with a data-led approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
