      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide consultative analytical support to HR COEs in designing and delivering HR programs
      - Compile and analyze market-based compensation data for various job categories
      - Assist in establishing guidelines for salary adjustments and promotions
      - Review policies to ensure compliance with government regulations
      - Support the administration and processing of variable compensation plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations
      - Understanding of Total Rewards programs and policies
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in conducting due diligence on Total Rewards programs
      - Familiarity with MD&A activities and post-merger HR strategies
