What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze existing client systems and processes to identify gaps and propose technology-based solutions
- Manage front-end requirements for software implementation projects
- Validate the requirements collection process and review requirement specification documents
- Conduct functional reviews and testing of software applications
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of at least one process/technology domain and practical experience with one module/technology/tool
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to conduct demos and training
- Good knowledge of BPO processes, with strong capabilities in at least one functional service area

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in RPA/AI-ML implementations
- Experience with UIPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere is preferable
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
