What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and implement wireless network solutions for customers using leading technologies (e.g., Cisco, Meraki, Aruba)
- Conduct predictive, redesign, and validation surveys to recommend optimal wireless configurations
- Plan and deploy wireless LAN/WAN infrastructure in alignment with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless networks with the overall IT infrastructure
- Serve as a subject matter expert on wireless projects and ensure accountability for project outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or related work experience in Network Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Wireless Engineer or Network Engineer with increasing responsibility
- Proven experience in consulting, designing, and implementing Wireless Solutions
- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies and standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, WPA2, WPA3)
- Availability to travel to client sites, constituting approximately 80% of the work schedule

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-based wireless management solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki, ArubaCloud)
- Familiarity with wireless site survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet)
- Certifications such as Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) or CWDP
- Background in GPS, Wi-Fi, and Cellular antenna technology
- Experience leading consultative network projects and initiatives
