What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support financial close transformations, including reconciliations, reporting, and other key processes
- Analyze data inconsistencies, trends, and propose preliminary recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and project deadlines
- Engage in client assessments, finance transformations, and implementations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with BlackLine
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional services or accounting industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation
- Familiarity with financial systems and applications, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and standard accounting practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of professional work experience with Trintech T-Recs
- Experience with FinancialForce or similar systems
- Basic knowledge of process automation tools
- CPA and/or other accounting-based certifications
- BlackLine certifications
