What is Required (Qualifications):

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with urgency
- Direct supervisory experience, including coaching and performance management
- Willingness and ability to travel weekly and work extended hours as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant operations experience supervising a hospital department or leading teams focused on process improvement
- Proven critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis
- Experience in value-based care or inpatient performance improvement within a consulting setting
