What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead one or more project work streams utilizing Huron methodologies and tools to implement innovative solutions
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior Huron team members
- Create and manage workplans to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks effectively
- Summarize findings and present recommendations to both internal and client leadership
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency across various workstreams
- Proven critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% weekly, including extended hours as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant hospital operations experience supervising a department or team-based projects focused on process re-engineering and change management
- Project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting
- Experience in a matrixed organization
