What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the technical team to deliver exceptional results for clients in the Gulf region
- Assist clients in navigating compliance with complex industrial and regulatory challenges
- Support the design and execution of large-scale programs and multi-person project teams
- Contribute to the success of the technical risk team and support cross-selling of services
- Develop an understanding of ERM’s various consulting service areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, civil, environmental, petroleum, or mechanical engineering or related field; minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent experience
- Recent graduate with 0+ years of relevant health and safety experience or professional internships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in technical documentation
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and database management
- Ability to multi-task, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HAZWOPER and EIT certifications are a plus
- Experience in recording and writing detailed technical data and reports
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
