What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage natural resource assessments, technical reports, and regulatory compliance documents for energy projects
- Lead and organize pre-construction surveys, site assessments, wetland and waterbody delineations, and species-specific surveys
- Oversee construction management plans related to natural resources and post-construction wildlife monitoring
- Supervise project teams, deliverables, and budgets for multiple projects
- Market company capabilities through client engagement and networking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in biological studies, natural resources, wildlife management, wildlife biology, or equivalent
- Previous professional experience in environmental consulting
- Strong understanding of wildlife ecology and environmental regulatory compliance processes
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting and managing wildlife and/or botanical surveys and wetland delineations
- Familiarity with sustainable vegetation management or other areas of ecology
- Knowledge of state routing and permitting processes for wind and transmission line projects in the Upper Great Plains
- Previous experience in budgeting and proposal writing
- Ability to convey information in scientific/technical formats and for the general public
