What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure patients are appropriately registered for all service lines
- Obtain insurance verification and authorizations
- Provide exemplary service to internal and external customers
- Maintain open communication with clinical partners
- Provide PBX (switchboard) coverage and support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Grad or Equiv and 1+ years experience
- Proven ability to maintain working relationships and open communication with clinical partners
- Accountability for productivity standards and attendance requirements
- Effective time management skills and flexibility to meet department needs
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of relevant healthcare experience
- Prior collections experience
- One year of customer service experience
- One year of direct Patient Access experience
- Associate's degree
