Job Description

- Pioneering the servicing of new products that will lead the way in evolving American Express’ servicing strategy
- Providing extraordinary customer care by responding to questions raised via phone & chat concerning accounts in a fast paced, structured environment.
- Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests.
- Supporting Customers with transactions and funds inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer problems and determine how to resolve those problems.
- Integrity: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Banking Experience preferred
- Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, metric driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; education benefits available

Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.75 hourly + bonus + benefits
