      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts
      - Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and handle correspondence from customers or attorneys via email and mail
      - Negotiate payment arrangements and establish suitable payment plans with customers
      - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, including FDCPA and state regulations, as per company policies
      - Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and address any deficiencies noted during reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 6 months of collections experience preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
