      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound loan-related calls, providing exceptional member service
      - Analyze data and prepare loan documents while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
      - Collaborate with peers across various departments to facilitate the loan application process
      - Educate and guide frontline staff on operational policies and procedures
      - Identify and resolve member escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience as a Direct Loan Processor Specialist II
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
      - Knowledge of DMV titling and lien filing processes is a plus
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume call center environment with proven productivity and quality standards
      - Knowledge of auto loans and personal loans
